芯片类

一、ASIC Design

- Co-Work with World Wide Performance analysis and Design Team

1.Work with SW/HW team to analyze the benchmark/Game performance

2.Check/Optimize chip setting for better performance

3.Performance compare/analysis with the competitors’

4.Develop performance analysis/model tools for post-silicon workflow

5.Performance analysis for each rendering algorithm in game/benchmark

6.Research new GPU architecture to improve performance

7.Simulate rendering algorithm on RTL model to research performance issue on new GPU architecture

write demo performance case based on algorithm analysis result

二、Design Verification

1.Intern for Digital ASIC Design/Verification 

2.The candidate is preferred to be MSEE(CS or EE) and should have:

3.Understanding basic ASIC design flow

4.With experience on Verilog or SystemVerilog

5.Master at least one language (Perl/Shell/Python/Ruby/Makefile/C/C++)

三、Software

1. Collaborate with HW team and system architectures to develop innovative Machine Learning Chip to extend the state of the art in deep learning performance and efficiency

2. Analyze and prototype key deep learning and data analytics algorithms and applications

3. Understand and analyze the interplay of hardware and software architectures on future algorithms and applications

4. Propose the direction of SW stack for machine learning, collaborating with architect, design and product teams

四、PD

1. Graduate/Postgraduate students major in EE/CS. 

2. Good understanding on VLSI design methodology and theoretical knowledge.

3. Can be on site working for at least 3 days per week. Candidate with 4 days commitment on site working will be prioritized. 

4. Candidate familiar with EDA tool like ICC2, Calibre, Redhawk, Primetime, Formal will be prioritized

5.Candidate with good script skills (like perl/tcl/python) will be prioritized

6.Candidate with Physical design working experience or power consumption analysis experience will be prioritized.

软件类

一、AI模型开发工程师

1．利用常用的机器学习和深度学习相关模型与算法原理进行金融量化、图像处理及人工智能相关项目的研发工作；

2．利用分布式系统（hadoop,spark）相关技术，在分布式框架上完成相关模型的开发；

3．利用python，R，matlab等数据分析语言及库，完成数据挖掘以及分析；

4．利用良好的逻辑思维能力，能够从海量数据中发现有价值的规律。

二、机器学习算法工程师

1．利用机器学习，深度学习主流算法以及Tensorsflow / Caffe，Python，Linux等相关技术完成核心AI算法pipeline设计开发以及 ML/DL算法性能优化。

三、Web应用前端开发工程师

1．负责公司应用前端研发工作，与全栈或后端工程师协作，完成产品的数据交互、动态信息展现；

2．利用JavaScript(包括es6),html,css等前端设计语言及工具，Vue、React等前端技术框架完成产品的前端设计工作；

3．协助公司对前端的技术积累，人才培养，技术选型做出贡献。

四、UI设计师

1．利用PHOTOSHOP、Illustrator等设计工具完成公司平面宣传设计工作；

2．利用常用产品设计工具完成产品UI设计工作。

五、后端开发工程师

1．利用Java语言以及Spring、MyBatis/Hibernate等常用开发框架进行公司产品后端程序的架构设计与开发，并与Web前端和移动端沟通协作；

2．负责后台数据库架构设计，至少熟悉一个关系型数据库（如MySQL、SQL Server）以及相关的数据库调优技巧；

3．在了解JVM的内存回收机制的基础上，根据线上情况分析内存和线程对象，找出问题，优化系统。

六、软件测试工程师

1．根据产品需求编写测试计划，设计并编写测试用例，开展功能测试与业务测试；

2．针对于测试中出现的任何问题，给予详细的信息描述，并且填写测试报告；

3．定位并跟踪软件问题，推动问题及时合理的解决；

与研发、需求人员保持良好沟通和提供支持，提出合理化建议。
