Admin Assistant:

Responsibility:
？ Professionally administer all incoming calls and route them accordingly
？ Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
？ Sort and distribute mail and internal correspondence to staff
？ Book meeting rooms – set up refreshments and ordering of lunches' etc
？ Book conference calls in timely manner
？ Order office stationeries
？ Assist the supervisor of the site cleaning, security, shuttle bus arrangements
？ Supporting annual dinner, Christmas Party, outing activity and other team building activities
？ Other Admin work assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
？ College or Bachelor degree
？ 1 year related working experience is better
？ Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
？ Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
？ Ability to work independently.
？ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
？ Time management skills
