Analog Engineer

职位介绍

负责设计手机芯片里面的模拟电路，包括RX-ADC，TX-DAC，filter，system PLL，serdes(USB, DDR etc.)，XTAL OSC，PMU(DCDC/LDO)，audio codec(including class-D, class-G amplifier)等。

职位要求

1. 微电子等相关专业，硕士及以上学历 ；

2. 熟悉模拟电路设计的流程，熟练使用cadence、HSPICE等仿真工具, 会使用matlab/simulink

3. 基础扎实，具有较强的分析能力，熟悉noise calculation，device mismatch、feedback theory，熟悉phase noise，jitter的分析方法

4. 具有以下某一项或者多项设计经验：high speed high resolution data convertor (Sigma-delta/SAR/Pipeline), High speed DAC, PLL/DLL, clock-and-data recovery (CDR)，CT/SC filter，power management, audio codec.

5. 有流片经验为加分项

6. 具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力、分析能力和团队合作能力

ASIC Engineer

1. EE或者微电子专业硕士研究生，熟悉verilog coding，熟悉常见EDA工具。

2. 至少熟悉下面技能之一，有过项目实际操作经验优先

     逻辑仿真(RTL/gate simulation)， 逻辑综合(synthesis)，时序分析(static timing analysis), DFT (mbist / scan insertion)

3. 熟悉ARM AMBA 总线架构，使用过ARM Cortex-A 或者Cortex-R系列CPU，或者有多媒体模块（graphic，video codec，image processing）设计及验证经验。

4. 有过FPGA实现经验优先。

RFIC Engineer:

- Solid understanding of general RF/Analog design requirements including noise, linearity, gain, bandwidth, stability, etc.

- In-depth understanding with basic RF/Analog circuits, such as LNA, Mixer, VGA, PA, PLL, VCO, OPAMP, bias, etc.

- Hands-on experience in IC CAD tools including design (SpectreRF/GoldenGate/ADS), layout, parasitic extraction, EM (HFSS/PeakView/ADS Momentum).

- Experience in RF/analog silicon. CMOS is a plus. Lab characterization and debug experience is desirable.

- Good knowledge of wireless systems, such as GSM/WCDMA/LTE/WiFi/BT/GPS/FM.

- Must be a self-starter and team player.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Education Requirements: M.S./PhD in EE.

Communication System  Engineer:

- Solid knowledge on communication theories (Such as Shannon theories, digital modulation and demodulation, equalization techniques, and error correcting coding and decoding, etc.) and extensive hands-on experience;

- Strong system modeling and programming skills with C/C++, Matlab, etc.

- Good system analysis and design capability.

- Good knowledge of wireless systems, such as GSM/WCDMA/LTE/WiFi/BT/GPS/FM.

- Must be a self-starter and team player.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Education Requirements: M.S./PhD in EE.

Multimedia Software Engineer (多媒体软件开发工程师)

Job Description：

         1. To develop audio/video driver in Linux.

         2. To develop multimedia engine software in Android

         3. To develop or optimize audio/voice codec in DSP

Qulification:

         1. Master degree or above from Computer Science, Singnal Processing related major.

         2. Good at communication and English

         3. Those who have strong skills on C/C++ or Java programming are preferred.

         4. Those who have experience in Linux or Android development are preferred.

         5. Those who have experience in ARM embedded system are prefered.

         6. Those who have experience in audio/video related project are prefered.

Graphics/Display Software Engineer (图形显示软件开发工程师)

Job Description：

         1. To develop display driver in Linux.

         2. To develop OpenGL ES driver in Linux/Android

         3. To optimize 2D/3D performance for Android or Virtual Reality applications.

Qulification:

         1. Master degree or above from Computer Science, Singnal Processing related major.

         2. Good at communication and English

         3. Those who have strong skills on C/C++ or Java programming are preferred.

Software Qualitiy Engineer (软件质量开发工程师)

Job Description：

         1. To develop and maintain auto-test system

         2. To develop test cases for Android multimedia system

         3. To work with testers and customers to fullfill the system level test

Qulification:

         1. Bachelor degree or above from Computer Science related major.

         2. Good at communication and English

         3. Those who have strong skills on C/C++ or Java programming are preferred.

         4. Those who have strong skills on Shell, Python, or other script language are preferred.

         5. Those who have experience in multimedia development are preferred.

ISP（Image Signal Processor）算法研发工程师

负责研究并实现ISP相关算法，协同芯片设计人员，开发高质量ISP系统，提升图像质量；

查阅论文及专利，跟踪和研究领域内最新技术，推动算法演进；

优化改进算法，平衡算法复杂度，功耗消耗，内存使用以及芯片面积；

利用DSP/Neon优化ISP前后处理算法，提升相机系统客户体验度；

岗位要求：

硕士学位及以上，图像处理、色彩科学、光电技术、光学工程、计算机、电子工程等相关专业;

扎实的数字图像理论基础，熟练掌握各种图像处理算法，例如各种滤波器、降噪、锐化、特征提取等；

具备如下的算法开发经验者优先：

图像处理算法，例如颜色校准、Demosaic、边缘增强、降噪等算法；

HDR、防抖、人脸检测、运动跟踪、深度估计等算法；

AWB、AE和AF的算法设计经验；

DSP算法优化经验；

具备良好的编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++或者Matlab；

具备较好的英语读写能力，能快速查阅国际论文、专利等文献；

Embedded System Software Engineer

Job Description:

Join the AP software group to work on the embedded system software (including baremetal software, RTOS, Linux, Android), to deliver the product quality Android system software.

Work with the ASIC team to verify various controllers (UART, I2C, SPI, SSP, eMMC, USB, PMU etc) inside the SoC.

Qualifications:

Master in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering major or equivalent.

Strong programming and debugging skills in C/C++; Assembly is a plus.

Familiar with Operating System concept and CPU architecture is a plus.
