招聘岗位：

Academy Program – IC Test Engineer (Location: Xi’an，Shanghai)

ADC-Academy IC测试工程师（工作地点：西安，上海）

Department: ADC-Academy 全球应用开发中心 企业学院

Responsibilities:

- Design test solution for customer's IC chips, develop or convert test program on Advantest’s IC test systems

- Optimize test program to reduce COT(Cost of Test) and increase fault coverage

- Design DUT(Device under Test) board for customers or provide consulting service to them

- Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers

- Solve engineering and production problems for customers

- Document all projects and intellectual knowledge

- Collaborate with global colleagues from division and field personnel for project implementation

- Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements

Qualifications:

- Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in electronic engineering, microelectronics, Mechano-electronics, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications or related disciplines.

- The background on RF, data communication or circuit design is a strong plus

- Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills

- Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure

- Good verbal and written English skill

- Good communication skill

- Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively

- Project experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred

R&D Software Development Engineer (Location: Shanghai)

R&D软件开发工程师（工作地点：上海）

Responsibilities:

-Design and deliver software components as a member of a software project team

-Execute module ownership responsibilities (maintaining code integrity and quality, consulting on extension to module, design and/or implement extensions)

-Collaborate with SW team, applications and field team colleagues to troubleshoot problems, fulfill customers’ enhancement requests

-Aware of business needs, contribute to plan and execute to fulfill customer needs and positively contribute to Advantest business

-Strong organizational skill to work with cross-functional teams in requirements analysis, architecture and high-level design

-Assist his/her project manager to partially or fully take on parts of project management processes (planning and execution)

-Take on assignments that contribute to departmental initiatives (knowledge sharing, etc)

Qualifications:

- Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in Computer Science or related. 

- Willing to learn the state-of-the-art technologies, continually update and upgrade software knowledge (C++, Java, Eclipse, Linux, GUI design) as required

- Excellent knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms

- Practices modern software methodology and skills (OOA&D, Agile/SCRUM, etc) to improve efficiency and quality

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills in English, including spoken, listening, and writing

- Fast learner, good team work

- Take responsibility for delivery and schedule and shows initiatives

- Basic knowledge on electronic engineering is preferred

Field Service Engineer

Location： Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Provide field technical support and production trouble shooting support at customer's site

New system set-up, maintenance support and buyoff equipment

Delivers technical consulting to customers based on ADVANTEST products and services

Customer interfaces such as visits, meetings, complaints and feedback

Conduct training courses to customers

Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree majoring in photoelectron/electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronic/electromechanical engineering or other related field

Excellent communication and team-work spirit are required

Good verbal and written English skill

Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure

Flexibility to travel extensively to outstation

Photoetching/electron Microscope/ATE equipment experience on 2-3 years is preferred
