 作为Capgemini Consulting的初级顾问，我们希望您对业务开发工作承担全部责任，包括：

·可以清晰、有逻辑的方式进行沟通表达，并具有一定的说服能力；

所需要求与资质：

·优秀大学的本科或硕士毕业生

·首选专业，计算机相关专业或数学相关专业

·优秀的普通话和流利的英文

·0-2年工作/实习经验，IT咨询经验优先

·汽车行业经验优先

·良好的团队合作精神，自主和严谨

·良好的分析，解决问题，促进和表达能力

·可以长期/短期出差

• Knowledge with data warehousing, dimensional modeling and ETL development；

了解数据仓库等技术；

• Knowledge in Java programming, shell scripting, Python, and SQL；

了解Java,Shell脚本,Python和SQL；

• Knowledge in Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, SPARK, Impala；

了解 Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, SPARK, Impala；

• Knowledge in open source NO SQL technologies such as HBase and Cassandra；

Job Description: Associate Consultant

As a junior consultant of Capgemini Consulting, we expect you taking fully responsibility on project or business development work including:

·       Data gathering and carrying out analytical tasks under direction

·       Communicating and presenting findings and ideas in a clear, focused and persuasive manner

·       Achieving results and developing deliverables in a team environment

·       Structuring own work and deliver in accordance with agreed timescales

Desired profile:

·       Fresh graduates from good university

·       MS/BS degree required

·       MS/BS degree in a computer science field or related discipline.

·       Excellent Mandarin and English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills is mandatory

·       0-2 years working/internship experience, management consulting are preferred

·       Exposure in Auto industry is highly preferred

·       Good team player, autonomous and rigorous

·       Good analytical, problem solving, facilitation and presentation skills

·       Can be flexible for long-term/short-term travels internationally and domestically
