服务工程师– 焊接质量检测设备

职位描述：

1.能独立在客户现场的工作站或生产线上进行焊接质量检测设备的售后服务工作，包括安装、调试、维护、客户培训、及定期保养等等。

2. 为客户提供远程技术支持，确认，调查并解决客户焊接问题。

3.及时整理并归档所有赴客户现场的资料信息，包括会议记录，客户反馈和验收报告等等。

4. 协同销售团队给潜在客户提供售前技术服务，安排样机测试。

5. 提供客户优质服务，保证客户生产的质量和效率，提升客户满意度。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，机械工程、电器自动化、自动化工程或关专业；

2. 良好的中英文读写能力。

3. 善于沟通及团队合作。

4. 适应长期出差。（60-70%时间在客户现场，平均出差时长为2-5天）

Service Engineer - Welding Quality Assurance Equipment

Responsibility:

1. Work independently to service our quality assurance systems on site the customer, including Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Application Training, Periodic calibration, etc.

2. Provide remote technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary.

3. Accurately document field customer visit or service activities, including customer communication, service professional, and result feedback.

4. Partner with Sales to demonstrate the products for prospective customers and evaluate test results. 

5. Share experience and best practice of product services and applications with colleagues. Contribute to knowledge base to allow continued improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Automation engineering or other related faculties.

2. Good English and Mandarin.

3. Good interpersonal skills.

4. Willingness and ability to travel in China. (60-70% of the year / visits could range between 2 to 5 days depending on task)

Plasmo is an innovative, globally operating technology company specialized for quality assurance systems for automated metalworking production processes. The diode based processobserver monitors welding processes in real time.The complete solution made up of sensors, data storage, software and offline tools is either integrated directly into the welding optics (on-axis) or looks sideways at the emerging welding seam with the aid of an adapter (off-axis). The inspection takes place continuously without contact and non-destructively. Irregularities in the process are recognized and documented and can be traced. 

The camera based profileobserver controls welding seams and surfaces according to the laser triangulation principle. The image capture takes place via a high-speed CMOS sensor with a maximum of 30,000 images per second, together with the optical 3D inspection process. The plasmo machine vision software enables accurate measurement results with high dynamics and accurate traceability of the measured data back to the seam in real time.

With over 800 plasmo systems in operation worldwide, our clients include Audi, BMW, Daimler, GM, Volvo, VW, ThyssenKrupp, Salzgitter, ABB, Benteler, BorgWarner.
