Primary Responsibilities主要职责:

• Support sourcing manager on strategic and operational sourcing works.
• RFP/RFQ draft and follow up.
• PO follow up: PO releasing, tracking, filing and management.
• Contract filing and management.
• Supplier database maintain in ERP
• Supplier performance evaluation tracking.
• Generate reports per requirements.

Qualifications Required 基本要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university or college.
• Strong sense of business Ethics
• Strong analystical skills.
• Process oriented.
• Capable of working in Engish langage working environment
• Skilled in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PPT.

• Desired 优先条件:
• Passion for life
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Prior intern experience
• No less than 3 working days one week
