The Opportunity: Developer Internship - 强生亚太研发中心 软件开发实习生（上海）

The Johnson and Johnson, ASPAC Development Centre – Shanghai location, are currently seeking Web Developers to join our team. We develop, design and deliver high quality business applications with Agile development rooted in LEAN principles.  It is an open and highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on continuous integration, automated testing and continuous delivery. Scrum teams are encouraged to be self-organizing and autonomous. 

Responsibilities:

·         Developing J&J’s Digital Experience across brands, electronic media and software delivery channels.

·         Update and maintain object oriented applications.

·         Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements and build them into creative and effective solutions.

·         Work with test automation platforms like Selenium.

Requirements:

·         A passion for software development.

·         Good written and verbal English skills.

·         Enrolled in or recently graduated from a BSc. Or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Preferred qualifications:

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work effectively with teams.

·         Strong analytical skills and take action when needed.
