Report To :

Main Objective :

Responsible for managing and supervising the execution and use of security measures to protect data and for managing and supervising the conduct of personnel in relation to the protection of data. This responsibility is carried out by working with the other members of IT SSC team and Knowhow Protection Manager to foster the developmental and operational elements needed to assure appropriate information security throughout Vallourec APAC.

Responsibilities :

1. Develops and delivers a comprehensive information security and privacy program.
2. Ensures that the organization's information technology resources are appropriately protected from unauthorized destruction, alteration and access.
3. Prudently manages security to ensure that it's accomplished in a manner that's consistent with business strategy and execution.
4. Security Governance
   • Oversees security governance.
   • Develops and implements security strategy, policies and procedures.
   • Develops and maintains an organizational structure that identifies responsibilities and authority for information security across all IT services.
5. Communication
   • Work closely with Group Information Security Officer, develops and implements a security policy communication and training strategy.
   • Communicates regular security reports and metrics.
   • Actively advocates security awareness across the extended organization.
6. Audit & Compliance
   • Stays abreast of the latest information security and privacy laws, regulations and best practices.
   • Provides oversight and audit of security initiatives.
   • Provide security oversight and audit of IT projects and operations.
   • Complies with the law and adheres to the highest standards of ethical business conduct.
7. Risk Management
   • Stays abreast of the latest information security threats and vulnerabilities.
   • Develops and delivers a comprehensive information security risk assessment program by following guide from IT Corporate..
   • Recommends and implements methods and tools to identify and manage vulnerabilities and threats.
8. Incidence Response
   • Develops and delivers a comprehensive incident response system by following guide from IT Corporate
   • Provides oversight of incident response activities and manages incident communication to the organization.

Knowledge , Skills & Abilities :

1. Exposed to technologies such as Cisco Firewalls and IDS/IPS sensors, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, Vulnerability Assessment Tools, and Log Management solutions.
2. Working knowledge of a broad range of relevant systems platforms, to include Unix, Linux, and Windows as well as networking platforms such as Cisco and Checkpoint.
3. Basic knowledge of IT security products and techniques, network infrastructure, applications, and equipment pertinent to a large, distributed, heterogeneous computing environment.
4. Basic understanding of knowledge of DR/BCP processes and techniques
5. Familiarity with security standards, regulations, etc including, but not limited to, Visa PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002.
6. Able to travel around China area, aboard as needed

Requirement :

• Graduate student in 2017,Bachelor Degree above,Major in Informaiton Security.
• Good English in verbal and written
• CISSP/CISA/CBCP/ISO 27001 certification preferred .
• Can practice at least 1 year.
