The Key Laboratory of Micro/-Nano Engineering and Science (MNES) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University recruits excellent young talents in world-class universities at home and abroad. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

1. Requires a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Chemistry, Electronic Science and Technology, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering.

2. Being with well-recognized global impact, excellent academic training and innovation talent. The research achievements should be tracable.

3. Self-motivated and able to work effectively, collaboratively, and collegially in a team environment with scientists and engineers representing diverse backgrounds, skills, and experience levels.

REMUNERATION

1. Apart from providing excellent team support and good working conditions. The laboratory has excellent start-up packages and policies and programs to support employees for a balance between workload and family. The minimum salary is￥350,000－￥500,000 depending on candidate’s qualification.

2. Provide necessary postdoctoral and engineer quotas to assure better research.

3. Promotion opportunities are given based on responsibilities and contribution performance rather than paper publications; Those who have orientated to  tenure positions shall hold outstanding scientific research achievements after assessment.
